Office Coordinator/Sales Support Copy

Answer calls from outside sales team for support finding status of orders in Navision, and with our suppliers.
Finding status of shipments that are in process
Facilitating contact between the customer and the service coordinator ensuring service contacts the customer to set up service/ start up etc
Welcome walk in customers, and show them machinery – training will be included to allow a gaining of understanding of our product range
Work with accounting when further support / direct customer contact needed to follow up on outstanding balances.
Assisting sales team identify costing of machinery to assist in the negotiating process
Assist in counting of inventory as required thru the logistics/warehouse department
Assist the warehouse in coordinating required CSA electrical inspections
Assist in the communication of delayed shipments/orders to sales team and end customers
Assist the warehouse as required getting quotations for freight for machine shipments
Assisting all Akhurst staff when/as required, being flexible in terms of what the requirements of the job are, all in the hopes of offering our internal and external customers the best service possible.
For the right candidate it may be possible to participate in the sales process, and gaining commission on sales made (once the main role is managed at the desired level of the company)
