Salary: $75,000-$90,000 Base pay plus commission
Our Client from the EV industry is looking for an ambitious and passionate sales professional.
Sales Manager are ambitious and passionate individuals from a customer-facing, sales background, who thrive on providing first-class service. Our Client team is a hardworking and highly motivated team and they need people like you who will strive to exceed expectations and help us to build on our continued success.
They are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Manager who will act as the first point of contact for their customer base, delivering the ultimate in customer service, developing robust relationships with key accounts and enhancing sales and profitability within the branch. Be a self-starting closer who can create a large pipeline of business, and work with both potential and existing clients.
The successful candidate will also bring with them a wealth of customer service skills and will be able to go the extra mile to help our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Customer service excellence – always striving to offer customers the best experience in a friendly, approachable but professional manner.
· Compliance – working within a regulatory/process-orientated environment.
· Organization skills – to be able to manage your own diary system and customer appointments.
· Actively follow up and prospect customers to maximize every sales opportunity.
· Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features.
· Manage sales pipeline through sequential states of the sales process: pipeline creation, outreach, product demonstrations, negotiation and closing
· Take a consultative approach with c-level executives while navigating multiple decision-makers.
· Establish a “trusted advisor” relationship to determine needs, build value, and create engagement and acceptance of customers.
· High energy, self-starting personality that works well in a start-up, fast-paced environment.
· Conduct activities including, prospecting, outbound calls, emails, social selling and sales demonstrations with top-tier clients and prospects.
· Consistently exceed your sales quota and be well compensated for doing so.
As well as being a well-presented individual, the successful candidate will:

· Hold a full and valid Canadian driving licence
· Well organized with good attention-to-detail
· IT and PC literate to an intermediate level
