Annual Report - 2022 - Our Growth Story and Commitment to Society

As Ratan Tata said - “Business, as I have seen it, places one great demand on you: it needs you to self-impose a framework of ethics, values, fairness and objectivity on yourself at all times.”.


Aligning with same philosophy, SimplyAI which started its operations in March 2022, bootstrapped with personal cash from its founders, has been championing initiatives to empower underprivileged women and men, by enabling and training them with right tools to become recruiters and expert marketers to engage candidates.


In 2022, our company tackled the fundamentals of business, operations and technology. We then harnessed the power of Cloud & AI to introduce automation that propelled us towards successful outcomes faster than ever!


As we grew, we took care of our community and team. Among many initiatives, we sponsored cleft lip treatment for child, with hopes that we would have opportunities to do more for the community.


In 2023, we intend to increase our efforts to drive more efforts in helping community at large, through monthly contributions to Ketto.org. Much of this is possible only via sustained efforts by our teams, our clients and customers.


We are beginning 2023 with monthly contribution to Save The Children Initiative, by sponsoring education for Child in Bangladesh.




In 2023, we will continue introducing more automation to support our key clients, helping them achieve their talent acquisition goals, while helping candidates get right jobs faster.


We have the opportunity to fuel our customers’ ambitions and give them the confidence in transforming their businesses for growth, progress and greater benefit of society. Our commitment is reflected through a deeper connection with those we serve by helping build stronger relationships that provide prosperity on all sides.
